We exist to love, lead, and equip God’s people in Christ, so they may live boldly and make Jesus known—both locally and around the world.
One King Church is a Bible-believing, Jesus-loving, Kingdom-minded, and team-based church in Noordwyk, Midrand.
But what does that really mean?
Bible-believing: Our lives are grounded in God’s Word. It’s our instruction manual, shaping how we love, lead, serve, and grow both personally and as a church. As 2 Timothy 3:16 reminds us: “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and training in righteousness.”
Jesus-loving: Jesus isn’t just for Sundays; He’s the way, the truth, and the life. He’s at the very centre of everything we do, every single day.
Repentance & Salvation: Salvation is God’s free gift through Jesus Christ. It begins with repentance, turning away from sin and turning towards God. Through faith in Jesus, we are forgiven, made new, and restored into a right relationship with Him
Kingdom-minded: We’re part of something bigger than ourselves. We want to see God’s will done in our city, our nation, and in every area of life, business, family, schools, and beyond.
Team-based: Church isn’t a one-man show. Everyone has a part to play. We grow together, serve together, pray together, and celebrate together. Baptism, discipleship, and walking with Jesus are journeys we take as a family of faith.
No matter your background, story, or how “churchy” you feel, there’s place for you here. One King Church exists to help people know Jesus, grow in faith, and make a real difference, right here in Midrand and beyond.
